generally make everything larger? I absolutely love the service – thank you so much, but a nice idea might be to somply increase font sizes etc. If i click ctrl+ twice on my browser, the site looks more inviting!

I agree that it does look better bigger, but we’ve had to design the site to be as accessible as possible. Many users use mobile and tablet devices for Paper Free Billing – as well as lower resolution displays, so we make a conscious effort to cater for the lowest common denominator.
